What is Collagen Induction Therapy?

Collagen Induction Therapy is also known as Microneedling. It is a minimally-invasive, non-surgical and non-ablative procedure for facial rejuvenation that involves the use of a micro-needling device with very fine, sterile needles to create controlled skin injury. Microneedling is an effective, minimal downtime treatment for many skin issues: pore size, texture, acne scarring, wrinkles, stretch marks, skin laxity, and hyperpigmentation. We specialize in medical grade micro-needling treatments and post care is provided with each treatment.

How does it work? The micro-injury created by the micro-needling device penetrates the epidermis and stimulates collagen and other healing factors to start to smooth skin by thickening the dermis. The treatment area is topically numbed and we use plant derived Epidermal Growth Factors in Hyaluronic acid serum with skin brightening ingredients during treatment to encourage healing and reduce chances of hyperpigmentation.

The great thing about Microneedling is that it can be used on all parts of the body, including the face, neck, dcollet, arms, hands, legs, abdomen and back.
